I worked with Velocity to sell for my father. They were great. They were very nice, knowledgeable and offered us a very fair price. They wrote up the sale agreement and handled everything from there. There was very little to do on our part. They made the process so easy. I would recommend them to anyone who finds themselves needing to sell.
